I recently purchased this sweater after seeing Instagram influencers rave about it. They all wore it as a dress just like the main stock photo shows. I normally wear a size small and ordered a large for extra length and coziness. Although I am 5’8 and considered to be “tall”, I typically do not have issues with clothing items fitting the way I want them to. Unfortunately, I am unable to wear this as a dress despite going up two sizes. So unless you’re the size of a 5’2 extra small social media influencer, don’t expect to be able to either. Do I plan to order this in a variety of other colors? Yes! The quality is unmatched for the price. It’s extremely soft and thick and not itchy at all. I wish I could give it 5 stars!For a sweater off of Amazon it is pretty good quality! Not as sweater-dress looking as it is on the models (at 5’6 in an XL it barely covers my bum) but if you are just looking for a nice oversized sweater, it will be perfect. Could have done a L and still been fine if you are looking for something a little less baggy.Love the sweater, its soft and cuddly...BUT its NOT as big and flowing as shown in the picture!... I would size UP!This sweater is definitely oversized. You can size down for a little less oversized look. Super soft and pretty colors. Can't speak to quality and longevity just yet but I'm excited to wear it. I bought a medium and could have definitely bought a small and it would still be oversized.This sweater / dress is adorable! I’m 5’2” and a very curvy 6/8 34G and the medium was too oversized, still cute, but I just wanted it big, not SUPER oversized. I’ll be exchanging and getting it in several colors!I loved the fit, color, softness and stretch. I hope that this sweater does not pil… if it does, I will return it. I ended up buying 2 of these sweaters. Thanks for the opportunity to order….Really great quality but definitely size up for length (I am typically a S or M but got an L and it’s great) I ordered brown and it’s definitely burnt Orange but I still really like it :)This sweater is so soft. It’s flattering and I loved it so much, I ordered a 2nd sweater and one for my sister. Free people dupe 100%. Wear it out or tucked, it’s so flattering. I love the lock turtle neck. It’s non restrictive but it’s too wide to look awkward. A staple fall and winter piece. This is a must have. I purchased a medium. It’s definitely long enough to wear as a dress as is…adding a belt and having the material lifted would probably make it too short as a dress, in my opinion anyway.Material is soft. But had a run down the front.This is a sweater NOT a dress. And this is NOT comparable to the free people ottoman sweater.This sweater is not the sweater in the pictures. The sweater in the pictures is the Free People sweater. Not the one you are ordering.The sweater I got does not even have finished edges, no tags, and the neck is so tight I could not wear it.Please do not buy this. I read all the reviews and there are hardly any negative. Not sure why.I, like many others, bought this sweater based on the recommendations of multiple American fashion influencers as it is supposed to be a dupe for the Free People ottoman sweater. Well it sure isn’t. I also unfortunately purchased before the Canadian reviews popped up. The product they are using to advertise is so misleading and so are the American reviews. Us Canadians are clearly not being sent the same product, which is completely unacceptable. This “sweater” is thin, sewn poorly (see the mock neck in the photos), has no shape, and isn’t even worth the discounted price. I contacted the company to ask for a refund and was offered 20% — ha. No. I asked again for a full refund due to the overwhelming lack of quality and false advertising, to which they agreed. But I had to mail it back at my own cost. I don’t mind paying for return shipping usually BUT in this case, I was really upset since this product is so far off from what is listed, it almost feels like a scam. I contacted Amazon directly and they agreed to pay back my return shipping. I also filed a complaint about this product (due to the misleading product photos) and I hope others have as well. Although the company was professional enough to deal with over email, they need to change their stock photo or ship the actual sweater to Canadians. A waste of money and time.I just received this sweater today in a medium for my mother. I am 5 foot seven and it goes down to my knees so on her I’m sure it will hit her ankles LOL the material is absolutely nothing like the pictures the neck is nothing like in the picture the colour is bright orange and there is snags all through it:( it’s too bad no one in Canada is getting what is advertisedThis is NOTHING like the picture shows and certainly not anything remotely close to the free people ottoman tunic.. it’s not even wearable. I read the reviews before buying but wow... maybe they changed their fabric or something because this is trash. Will be returning ASAP
