I love this sweater and it is super warm. The first time I wore this very expensive sweater, my friend noticed a break in the zig-zag design, dead center in the front. I looked down and yes, there was a hole where the stitches were unraveling. The tags were removed and I was wearing the sweater so it was too late to return. I managed to find the 2 loose ends, rethread as best I could and tie a knot on the inside. Luckily the design is busy so if you don't know that there is a repair then you won't notice it. At $429, I expect nothing less than perfect! If you do decide to buy this sweater, make sure you check the quality before you remove the tags and wear it.
