I got these for my wife and she loves them. Her feet stay warm when she is walking around. But that’s the operative part of this, when she is walking around. These boots are not meant for sitting still when it is 10° or just standing around in the snow! That will require a different type of boot. We live in Wisconsin and winters are our jam, so we know how to pick the appropriate clothing depending on the activity. So please have appropriate expectations when selecting outdoor gear, because it all depends on what you will be doing in them. She wears them on walks, errands, playing with the kids, and general day to day stuff. She is not just standing around in the cold with them. These boots are comfortable, well made, she loves the style, and they are holding up well! Sorels are great, but they do not provide any more warmth or protection than these. Kamik has been around a long time and know what they are doing. Solid purchase for day to day warmth!**UPDATE 3/19/23**She still had them and still loves them! They are holding up great with regular use, still warm when doing activities, still look great. Still standing with Kamik, good products:)
